Terms of Service

Who you contract with

PolyTro ERP is provided by Inotro Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. ("Inotro"). By creating an account you agree to these terms with Inotro. Polymer Bazaar promotes PolyTro ERP but is not a party to your subscription.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Each subscription is for one company.

Free CRM

The CRM module is free for up to 3 users and 2,000 contacts. Accounts inactive for more than 6 consecutive months may be archived after 30 days’ notice.

Paid modules and billing

Paid modules are billed monthly or yearly in advance. All prices are in INR and exclusive of 18% GST. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended after the due date and are reactivated on payment.

Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, under our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access other customers’ data.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
