Data fiduciary

Inotro Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. is the data fiduciary for personal data collected on this website and in PolyTro ERP, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Information you give us (name, company, email, mobile, city, business type), account and billing data, and website usage data: pages visited, a random visitor ID, the referring site or campaign, device type and browser.

Why we use it

To create and run your account, provide support, measure and improve the website, attribute sign-ups to partners such as Polymer Bazaar, and send service communications you have agreed to.

Analytics

We count visits with our own first-party analytics, which uses a random identifier and does not store your IP address. With your consent we also use PostHog and Google Analytics.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Polymer Bazaar receives only aggregated, non-identifiable reports about referred sign-ups. We use service providers (hosting, payments via Razorpay, email) under contract.

Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to hello@polytro.in.
