Free plan
The free CRM has no charges.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date. We do not refund partial months.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans can be cancelled within 14 days of first purchase for a full refund. After that, the plan runs until the end of the paid period.
How to request
Write to hello@polytro.in with your company name and invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.
